By signing this form and utilising the car wash services provided at Fintech Campus the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent to the car washing process. Fintech Campus (including its employees, agents, management and affiliates) will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death that may occur due to any cause or reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to fire, theft, hail, rain, high pressure jets or high-pressure guns, chemicals used for cleaning vehicles, moving of vehicles by Fintech Campus representatives or customers from the wash bay area, lost keys, or any negligence by staff or customers whatsoever. Fintech Campus reserves right of admission to the premises and use of all services, including the car wash service.
